Orders & Shipping


Online Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to our acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, we may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, we will post a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Your refund will be refunded in full.

Order Status:
We do not guarantee all items in stock. All orders received by Monday through Friday, will normally be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to constantly fluctuating stock levels we regret we are not able to update our website to reflect current availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified by email within two business days with the expected availability date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted. If you do not receive your order confirmation email in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.

Incorrect/Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly, or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

Defective Merchandise:
If merchandise is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise at [email protected], and we will replace the defective item. Additional shipping fees will be waived for replacement items on defective merchandise. It is important to note that all merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipment for any damage and photos of your product was taken prior to shipping to assure its condition. If it appears that merchandise has been tampered with, no replacement will be issued.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. Once processed and shipped, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. All orders are sent by ground shipping. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required.
We ship from Southern California.
Orders are not available for shipment to P.O. Box addresses.

Please note: We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at [email protected]

VIDAL Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. VIDAL Swim is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. VIDAL Swim is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Lost/Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
